Here is where you can figure out exactly what’s on our mind, in our heart, and what’s happening at the intersections. This part of the website is dedicated towards actions we can take on issues we’re passionate about. We believe that in addition to supporting socially conscience efforts, we must also walk the walk. So, we structured Cage Free Productions to be a socially conscience business so that our clients can be assured of supporting a like-minded vehicle for change.
From human rights issues to war zones and from environmental calamities to disaster situations, we offer a distinct perspective aimed at educating and fostering activism. So, as we go beyond ordinary branding and mundane imagery to develop an effective deliverance of our clients’ greatest achievements and to invoke inspiration, we also sponsor another set of activities, Direct Action Projects.
Direct Action Projects are multimedia documentary film projects with a focus on educating, informing, and facilitating change through action. Too often, films will blow your mind and rewire the very fibers of your being and then leave you lost and exposed, and for what? In the end, as the closing credits roll, there is nothing left, but remorse and a sense of helplessness that may deter you from the documentary section on your next theatrical endeavor.
Our Direct Action Projects aim to, of course blow your mind, but also to offer you a conduit for you to get or stay involved, learn more, and if you feel necessary, change. We discuss the issues that often fall to the wayside of corporate media’s preferred edit list and CFP serves as a conduit for subalternate historiographies. We believe that only through partnerships, coalitions, and dialogue can we overcome the obstacles we face.
